I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which is just a couple of hundred meters from the Hirafu Welcome Centre and ski lifts. The rooms were clean and well-kept, the staff was pleasant, and the breakfasts were good. I loved the Japanese bath onsen, but I did notice a few downsides: they only cleaned our rooms every four days, there's no restaurant on-site, and their cancellation policy could use improvement. Overall, I would happily return.
