Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which is just a couple of hundred meters from the Hirafu Welcome Centre and ski lifts. The rooms were clean and well-kept, the staff was pleasant, and the breakfasts were good. I loved the Japanese bath onsen, but I did notice a few downsides: they only cleaned our rooms every four days, there's no restaurant on-site, and their cancellation policy could use improvement. Overall, I would happily return.
The hotel is very well located, just a couple of hundred meters from the Hirafu Welcome Centre and ski lifts, making it super convenient for skiing enthusiasts. I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed that they only cleaned the rooms every four days, and the cancellation policy could use some improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located just a couple of hundred meters from the Hirafu Welcome Centre and the ski lifts, making it easy to hit the slopes. The onsen was a relaxing bonus, and I enjoyed the clean rooms and friendly staff. However, I was a bit disappointed that they only clean the rooms every four days and that there’s no restaurant on-site. Also, the cancellation policy could definitely be improved.
I had a pleasantly surprising stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located just a couple hundred meters from the Hirafu Welcome Centre and ski lifts, which made getting around so easy. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice, plus the breakfasts were quite enjoyable. However, I found it a bit inconvenient that the rooms were only cleaned every four days, and I wish there was a restaurant on-site. Overall, I'd definitely consider coming back.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is ideally located just a couple hundred meters from the Hirafu Welcome Centre and ski lifts. The rooms were clean and the staff were delightful. The breakfast was a nice touch and I loved the onsen. On the downside, I found it a bit inconvenient that the cleaning service only comes every four days, and there’s no on-site restaurant for meals. Overall, I would gladly return.
